To protect our inventory and ensure the highest quality experience for all clients, a 50% non-refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
Security Deposits
To ensure seamless service, the full payment is due 10 days prior to the event. A late fee of $15 will be applied per day past the deadline.
Payment Due Date
The client is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery or pickup until they are returned to Coastline Collective.
- If an item is damaged, the customer will be charged the cost of repair or replacement
- If an item is lost or stolen, the customer will be charged the full replacement value
- In cases where cleaning or repair is possible, we will assess reasonable costs and provide documentation.
All items are inspected before delivery and upon return. If you notice any issues upon delivery, please notify us immediately to avoid being held responsible.

Can I pick up items myself?
Yes! Most items can be picked up, but please note that some rentals are delivery only.

We are located in Middletown, Delaware, but serve Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
